About Parke Tempe

The Parke Tempe neighborhood was established in 1994. Parke Tempe was intended to become an asthetically pleasing harmonious subdivision, full of quality homes and open areas for families to enjoy and thrive. The Articles of Incorporation were published in 1994, initiating the Community Association for Parke Tempe. Through the creation and enactment of the Bylaws (governing the manner by which the association conducts business) and the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) in 1994 and CC&R Amendment later that same year, the homeowner oversight of the neighborhood and its business commenced.

Since then, members of the Parke Tempe neighborhood - our neighbors - have been volunteering as board members to oversee the maintenance, business and operations of the Association. The Board of Directors meets regularly to assure efficient, fiscally responsible operations, to identify & address areas of concern that may negatively affect homeowners' enjoyment of the neighborhood or that may decrease property values, and to plan community-building events. The Board of Directors conducts itself in the best interest of the association membership and welcomes input from all homeowners.

Parke Tempe is situated between Warner Road (to the south), Kyrene Road (to the west), Palomino Drive (to the north), Dromedary Drive (to the west), Buena Vista Drive (to the north) and the Canal (to the east). We have over 180 homeowners and lots, with many greenbelts and park areas.
