Greetings Parke Tempe Friends and Neighbors! I would like to introduce myself to you as your new HOA President. I have been a resident and homeowner of Parke Tempe for 13 years and have enjoyed living in this great community! I met many of you at the last two GAIN Block Parties and I look forward to meeting more of you in the months ahead. Please make sure that your garage doors are closed and your windows and doors are locked. Architectural Committee (ACC) UpdateYour Architectural Committee is always looking for ways to increase or maintain the value of our community. An easy way to assure property value stability is to keep your property in tip-top shape, which translates directly to maintaining property values! There is a lot to be said about the paint condition on a number of homes here in Parke Tempe. The paint on many homes is peeling, faded, chipped, sun bleached or incredibly dirty; foundations are cracked and in need of repair. This makes our entire neighborhood look dingy. Please remember that painting is one of the easiest ways to show that you care about your property ...and the neighborhood. The ACC has approved new base, trim and pop-out paint colors, which can be found in the Parke Tempe Association book at Dunn Edwards @ 2190 W. Chandler Blvd., west of Dobson (480)-899-4141, and on the Parke Tempe website. Paint can be purchased at many valley locations, but Dunn Edwards is recommended for quality and longevity. To document major compliance changes, property owners must submit an Architectural Committee Change Form which can be found on the Parke Tempe Website or obtained from the Management Company.

Keep your family safe! Children are playing in the street at the Dromedary/Colt intersection. Please direct children to play in the greenbelt areas where they are safe from oncoiming traffic.
