Please refer to this document when considering repainting the exterior of your home. Approved base, trim and pop-out colors are listed for your reference.

Questions about variations in color and elevation? Read the letter from the Architectural Committee explaining the changes!

Please do not paint the walls bordering Dromedary, Poplar or those
facing the canal, as those are the responsibility of the association.
